Shipping, Return and Refund Policy
1. Customised Items
No Refunds: Please note that customised items are non-refundable. Once your order has been placed and customisation has begun, we cannot offer any refunds for these items.
2. Non-Customised Items
Full Refund Before Dispatch: If you decide to cancel your order for non-customised items before it has been dispatched for delivery, you will receive a 100% refund.
Partial Refund After Dispatch: If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched for delivery but before it has been delivered, you will receive a refund minus the delivery charges.
3. Delivered Products
No Returns: Once a product is delivered, it cannot be returned unless it is damaged or defective.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
Reporting: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately.
Proof Required: To process a return or refund for a damaged or defective item, you must provide a video recording of the unboxing. The video must be uncut and clearly show the product's condition as you open the box.
Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any delivery charges, once the video evidence is reviewed and approved.
5. General Conditions
Condition of Items: To be eligible for a refund, non-customised items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
Refund Process: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order details. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider's policies.

Shipping charges and delivery times may vary based on the shipping destination and product weight.
We are not responsible for delays in shipping caused by factors beyond our control, including customs delays or other unforeseen circumstances.
7. Estimate Delivery Time
